These Terms govern your access to and use of Mathriving, including our math practice worksheets, adaptive learning features, AI feedback, dashboards, and related services.
1. Who may use Mathriving
Mathriving is intended for students, parents or guardians, tutors, and educators. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Mathriving only with permission from a parent, guardian, teacher, or school administrator.
Children under 13 should use Mathriving only with parent, guardian, or school consent. A parent, guardian, or authorized educator is responsible for supervising the child's account and use of the service.
2. Accounts and security
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Educational service
Mathriving provides educational practice tools. We do not guarantee a particular grade, test score, school placement, or academic outcome. Our feedback and scoring are designed to support learning and should not replace professional educational judgment.
4. AI feedback and generated questions
Mathriving may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to generate practice questions, explanations, and feedback. AI feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. Students, parents, and educators should review important explanations and report issues when something appears wrong.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Mathriving. This means you will not:
- attempt to access another user's account or private data;
- copy, scrape, or bulk-download content except as allowed by normal use;
- interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service;
- upload harmful code or use Mathriving for illegal, abusive, or misleading activity;
- submit content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
6. Content and intellectual property
Mathriving owns or licenses the platform, worksheets, generated question formats, designs, software, and related content. You may use Mathriving content for personal learning or authorized educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or create a competing service from Mathriving content without written permission.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some Mathriving features may be free and some may require a paid plan. Paid plan terms, prices, billing periods, cancellations, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the subscription management area. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information, including student learning data. By using Mathriving, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Mathriving. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting an updated version or providing notice in the product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mathriving is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or learning outcomes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory where Mathriving operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer, privacy, or education laws.
